Custodianship of existing client matters from Whitehead Legal.

We are very pleased to welcome Julian and Clair Whitehead’s clients to Aintree Group Legal!

How to transfer custodianship of an existing matter with Whitehead Legal across to Aintree Group Legal:

There are several requirements involved in transferring your existing legal matters. Some of these requirements are set by legislation and outside of our control, while others are in place to ensure the security and proper handling of your sensitive documents and information.

To comply with these requirements, please complete the Transfer Request Form below, and follow the instructions provided by close of business Friday 10 July 2026.

Please be assured that Julian and Clair will continue to act as the primary custodians of these matters as part of the Aintree Group Legal team.

Complete the downloaded Client Authority Form addressed to Whitehead Legal.
- Please include the name of all individuals and entities involved in the existing legal matter you have open with Julian or Clair Whitehead.
- Anything in red will need to be replaced with your own details.
Sign the form at the bottom, as indicated by the dotted line.
